Complete Toolsetをダウンロードしたら、CT.zipがあるので、それを解凍します。そしたら中に2つのフォルダがあるので、どちらかを開きます。詳細は、フォルダ内のmemo.txtを見ましょう。exeとして実行するときは、distフォルダの中にあるexeファイルを実行してください。管理者権限が必要になることもありますが、許可してください。警告が出る場合は、警告を閉じて実行してください。

Once you’ve downloaded the Complete Toolset, you’ll find a file named CT.zip; extract it. You’ll then see two folders inside; open either one. For details, refer to the memo.txt file inside the folder. To run the program, launch the .exe file located in the dist folder. You may be prompted for administrator permissions; please grant them. If a warning appears, close it and proceed.
